Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders placed on a business day ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery. Every order ships tracked. Estimated delivery is about 2 days after dispatch within the contiguous United States.

Cost. Shipping is free on every US order.

Where we ship. United States only for now. We do not currently ship internationally. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer than the 2-day estimate.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you haven't received it within one business day of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then email us.

Delivery estimates. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and holiday volume can extend them. We dispatch within 24 hours regardless.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help — including filing a carrier claim or sending a replacement where appropriate.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship once you confirm the correct one. Reshipping costs may apply.
